当ポジションのミッションは、クリエイターが生み出すコンテンツの特徴を活かしながら、ゲーム領域におけるクライアントの日本進出におけるマーケティングおよびプロモーション支援を行い課題解決をしていくことです。

当社は、国内トップクラスの動画クリエイターが在籍するエージェンシーという基盤があるため、プロモーション戦略の企画からキャスティングまで一気通貫した提案を行える環境があり、また所属クリエイターのみならず外部クリエイターやタレントとのネットワークにより、クライアントにとって最適なソリューションを多種多様な手法を用いて企画することが可能です。

【具体的な業務内容】
・インフルエンサーマーケティングプロモーション企画、提案
・海外クライアントとの定期的なミーティング、関係構築
・英語を用いた社内外とのコミュニケーション/ミーティング
・プロモーション企画の実行
・チームマネジメント（ご経験に応じて）

■Position: Sales / Creator Support Staff
This role is responsible for developing tailor-made marketing and sales solutions that align with client objectives while leveraging the unique strengths and content of our creators.
Rather than simply selling products or services, you will be creating new value and markets—helping global brands expand into the Japanese market through creative strategies and influencer-driven campaigns.

■Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to:
・Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients
・Plan and propose influencer marketing and promotional campaigns
・Conduct sales negotiations and business communications in English
・Execute promotional plans that you have proposed or have been assigned
・Lead and manage a team, depending on your experience and skill set

【勤務時間】
フレックスタイム制
※試用期間中は通常勤務（10:00~19:00）
