【業務内容】
英語担当エディター／ディレクターとして、外国人観光客向けの観光記事・動画コンテンツの制作・編集を主軸に、
メディアの成長を力強く牽引していただきます。

[Job Description / Responsibilities]
As an English-language Content Editor / Director, your primary role will be leading the creation and editing of travel articles and video content aimed at international tourists, driving the strong growth and engagement of our media platform.

■英語コンテンツの企画・制作・品質管理
・LIVE JAPAN英語版における観光・食・体験等の記事および動画コンテンツの企画・編集・制作
・ネイティブチェックを通じた表現・テイストの品質担保
・FacebookやInstagramをはじめとする公式SNSの運用、企画発信、ファンコミュニティの獲得・拡大

Planning, Production, and Quality Control of English Content
• Plan, edit, and produce travel, dining, and experiential articles/videos for the English version of LIVE JAPAN.
• Ensure high quality in language, tone, and expression through meticulous native-level proofreading and checking.
• Manage, plan, and create engaging content for official SNS channels (including Facebook and Instagram) to attract and expand our fan community.

・自治体や企業とのプロモーション案件における施策連携およびコンテンツ化
・クーポン利用や予約手数料など、売上・成果に直結するマネタイズ施策の企画・コンテンツ展開・効果検証

Strategy Execution & Monetization Alignment
• Collaborate with local governments and corporate clients on promotional campaigns and turn them into compelling content.
• Plan, execute, and analyze monetization initiatives directly tied to revenue (e.g., coupon usage, reservation fees) through strategic content development and performance measurement.

・制作メンバー（ネイティブライター・クリエイター陣）のスケジュール・進行管理およびディレクション
・チーム全体のクオリティ管理と、効率的なコンテンツ制作・運用体制の構築

Team Management & Direction
• Oversee and manage production schedules, timelines, and creative direction for content team members, including native writers and creators.
• Maintain high quality across all team output while building and refining efficient systems for content creation and operations.
